FAQs
Before you ask… we’ve got answers 🍪
From weekly drops to pickup details, here’s everything you need to know about ordering from Whisk & Honey Bakery. (And if we missed something, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help 🤍)
When can I order?
We release new goodies once a week during our drop 🍪
Orders stay open until we sell out (and we usually do 👀) or until the posted cutoff time—whichever comes first.
1
When is pickup?
All orders are picked up on Thursdays during your selected time window.
Think of it as your weekly date with dessert 💁♀️
2
Where is pickup located?
Pickup details will be sent after your order is confirmed.
We keep things simple, local, and easy 🤍
3
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! Shipping will be mailed out on Tuesday - Wednesday to help prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekends and holidays.
We’re all about fresh, just-made treats…
Shipping fee is a flat $11, no matter how many treats you order.
4
Not quite! Orders are only available during our weekly drops.
It keeps everything fresh, small-batch, and worth the wait.
5
Can I order anytime?
Can I customize my order?
At this time, we offer a set weekly menu.
This helps us focus on quality and consistency—but custom orders may make their debut later 😉
6
What if you sell out?
Then you’ll want to be faster next time 😏
7
What happens if I miss pickup?
8
We get it—life happens. But cookies don’t wait forever.
If pickup is missed without communication:
Your order is forfeited
No refunds or credits will be issued
If you’re running late, just reach out—we’ll always try to help if we can 🤍
How should I store my treats?
9
To keep everything tasting its best:
Store in an airtight container
Enjoy within 2–4 days
Freeze extras for later (if they last that long)
Pro tip: warm your cookie for a few seconds = absolute perfection 🍯
